We have learned in days one and two how the brain itself can get stronger and smarter through practice, strengthening the connections in the network of neurons. We also learned how having a growth mindset helps us tackle challenges and improve. We learned that the labels people use for themselves and other people are not fixed but are surprisingly malleable during the course of high school and beyond. We'll use both scientific evidence and anectodal evidence to make our case. Students will be engaged in small group discussions where they can practice these ways of thinking.
