Reviewer Comments:
This resource is a student handout for researching key events of the Vietnam War. There is a link to a relevant website and a chart that has the events and space for students to write down important information. The resource was submitted as an html document, and could easily be adapted to word if appropriate. The overall format of the assignment is simple and clear and could be used with a variety of topics. In order to supplement the handout, it could be beneficial to do a preview activity in which students brainstorm what they already know about the Vietnam War and then a review activity in which they would have to apply the information they collected on the chart.

A link to a webquest about the American Revolution. You will probably want to give students a rubric for the one page essay they will have to write. You can find a rubric at rubistar.com
A webquest about the age of imperialism. This is about a 40 minute lesson, I recommend giving students a 10 minute warm up activity while they are waiting for the computers to log them on.
