Students learn about the Bill of Rights through direct instruction, examining Supreme Court cases, watching videos and reading articles, and participating in a Socratic seminar on gun control. The lesson is well-organized and links and detailed procedures are provided. It should be noted that the Supreme Court cases are not included and would need to be researched and reproduced for the students.
