These presentations come from master students at the International Institute for Industrial Environmental Economics in Sweden. Each presentation is an 8 – 10 minute set of a narrated set of slides – the first few presentations link to YouTube video versions, and the remaining presentations are .mov files which play in the browser. The purpose of these presentations is “to illuminate some of the environmental issues of today, and to provide high school educators with interesting facts, ideas and activities, as well as inspirational material to use in their work.” These facts are current and engaging and could easily supplement other curriculum on similar topics. Presentation topics include: Ecological Consumption, Meat Industry, Biodiversity and Medicine, Agriculture and Environment, Tropical Rain Forest and Deforestation, with additional topics under development at the time of this review.
