This curriculum focuses on the balance between liberty and security in the last 60 years.

Security, Liberty, and the USA Patriot Act

They will analyze the significance of the changes to criminal procedure the Patriot Act would have it was applied to all federal criminal prosecution and evaluate the significance of protections against unreasonable searches and seizures.
