Reviewer Comments:
This is a continuation of the student research project on the Muslim Empire that is part of the Empire unit. There is a "do now" that is valuable for students to track their progress on the project and check for understanding of the content. There is also an excellent homework assignment that has a reading with questions on the Swahili Coast and makes reference to the previous night’s homework. All of the materials needed for the various topics in the project are located in the collection.
