This resource provides an anticipatory guide for the novel Tuck Everlasting. It is designed to help students “think about the topic and activate all of that knowledge stored in their brains” before reading the novel. The student is asked to agree or disagree with 8 general statements that are important themes or ideas the novel generates. This anticipation guide can be revisited after the students read the novel and discuss what they’ve learned.
