• This asset is a simple timeline that covers some of the Cold War and domestic events that occurred under the Kennedy and Johnson administrations. Students are asked to identify dates and explain the significance of certain events. In order to complete this timeline, students will need access to the information either from prior teacher lectures, videos, and/or textbook readings. There is a follow-up lesson from the same contributor titled Formative Assessment Kennedy/LBJ. Both lessons should be integrated into a larger unit that covers the Kennedy and Johnson administrations.
