These units on China were created during the 2007-08 school year. They are aligned with Washington State assessment requirements (Classroom Based Assessments - CBA's), but will be useful to anyone teaching about current issues facing China and the world.

This unit features a vivid slide show with 100 images of China, divided into categories. Captions are provided for teachers. Students will examine their preconceptions about China and learn about China's diversity. (See PDF document below for slide show.)
