• This is a PowerPoint slide presentation of chemical reactions. The outline format is clear and concise. It provides a synopsis of the five types of key chemical reactions. Each reaction reviewed has an example of a word equation, skeleton equation and balanced chemical equation for each reaction type. To help connect students to the content presented, a visual cue is recommended: photos of the chemical reactions and/or a teacher demonstration of each reaction type as each slide is presented.
