I work in educational technology, collaborating with schools to use technology to improve learning. I have also worked in curriculum development, software design, and textbook publishing and have taught school. I am a strong advocate for open education, particularly as it relates to primary and secondary education. The confluence of my background in curriculum development with having lived and taught in a developing country makes me know that this movement has the potential to revolutionize learning.
I am also interested in new models of professional learning for teachers and am a community organizer at the P2PU School of Ed -- all free, online, and open licensed professional learning for teachers.
